Who We Are

Make Your Event Seamless and Successful: The Office of Auxiliary Services is a one-stop shop to hosting events on campus.


If you’re looking to host an event in the Ruth S. Harley University Center or the Angello Alumni House, the Office of Auxiliary Services is here to help. Our professional staff is available for your event planning needs, including room setup, audio/visual equipment rental and coordination of on-campus service departments.

As a unit, we consist of several distinct services and service providers including reservations, event management and planningconference servicesdining services, campus bookstore, locker rental and lost and found.
